superbond non – shrink grout
Machine Plate, Column Plate and Bridge Bearing. (For Gap Size 10 - 150 mm)
Superbond Non-Shrink Grout is a ready-to-use grey powder made from special graded –sand stone,micro silica, special cement and specific additive . Easy to use justadded water to produce a free flowing high strength non-shrink grout in heavy construction.
Standard: Superbond Non-Shrink Grout developed in accordance to ASTM C 109-95,

Work Instructions :
- Concrete surface should be clean and sound free from greases and loose particles
- The substrate must be saturated by water 2-3 hours before application
- Mix “Superbond Non-Shrink Grout” 25kgs. with water at 3.5 litre. Mix with a low speed-drilling machine (max 600rpm) until consistency is achieved
- Pour continuously the mixture in one direction to ensure air entraining into the grout is allowed to escape. During carrying out base plate grout sufficient head of pressure should be maintained to keep the mortar flow continuously
- Use “Superbond Non-Shrink Grout” for grouting minimum gap 10mm. and for a maximum gap 150mm
- For big gap above 150mm. recommence to add sand stone to gravel size 4-5mm. at 20% bu weight of “Superbond Non-Shrink Grout“
